What is lifecoaching?

Lifecoaching is like therapy, only juicier, focusing on manifesting
any goal you have, while releasing the emotional blocks that may be
preventing you from getting there.

Who is Roy Grant?

Roy is a certified lifecoach (ICF, ACC). He is also a registered nurse (BSN), reiki practitioner, self-help author, and facilitates support groups, workshops, and retreats in the Midwest
primarily for gay men, though he works with everyone.
He speaks French, Japanese, Italian, and a little Mandarin,
and though he loves to travel, he is a homebody at heart, preferring peaceful mornings in the garden in the company of his four-legged companions.

Roy’s personal philosophy is that paradise is now, meaning that joy is available
to us in any moment, regardless of our circumstances, through the powers of
presence, gratitude, honoring nature, and honoring self.

What is a session like?

A lifecoaching session with Roy is like talking with a trusted friend, only no time is
wasted in sifting out the jewels from the dirt of what you truly want in your life
and creating a realistic, step by step plan to get you there.

Each session allows you to bring to the table whatever is important to you in that
moment, while Roy helps you identify root issues, move beyond perceived
limitations, and reminds you that you DESERVE to be living your IDEAL life,
building your DREAM career, and enjoying
RESPECTFUL, FULFILLING, and LASTING relationships.

Who couldn’t use a weekly dose of THAT in their life?

Each session typically lasts an hour to an hour and a half and can be done in
Roy’s private office, by phone, or by Zoom/Skype, with pricing
at $120/hour. Oh, and if you meet in person, there will be a variety of wonderful teas and coffee
to choose from as you sit back, sip,
and paint the life of your dreams.
